Peace Project

Our day with Gregory Kennedy Salemi

Before Gregory arrived at Georg von Peuerbach Gymnasium we had to prepare some questions about various topics. Some pupils informed themselves about civil rights, the black movement or about the political parties in the USA.

When Gregory entered our classroom, he smiled at us, introduced himself and told us how the lesson would go on.

The following hour we played a game and watched a film about IFOR. Afterwards he asked us to pose questions and he gave well overthought arguments. We also talked about Michael Moore, the US government and the next elections.

Thanks to Gregory, we got to know a lot of good arguments why to keep peace and why we all have to work together to build up a society in which everybody accepts each other and in which nobody makes any differences between race, origin or religious beliefs.

We thank Gregory a lot for having spent those two hours with us.
